The agreement

Use of Lefryx Checklists for Jira (Templates, Automation & DoD) ("the app"), provided by Lefryx ("Provider"), is governed by two documents together:

1. the Atlassian Marketplace Standard End User Agreement, based on the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Version 1.0; and
2. the Provider-Specific Terms set out below, which add to and modify that standard agreement.

If the two conflict, the Provider-Specific Terms take precedence over the standard agreement.

Provider-Specific Terms

Governing Law and Courts (Bonterms Section 19.2(b))

For purposes of Section 19.2(b) of the Agreement, the "Governing Law" is the laws of Ukraine (excluding its conflict of laws rules), and the "Courts" are the courts of Ukraine.
